Audio Service is a business-oriented repair company.
That means:
repairs are offered by our dealer network and importers,
or come to us via external transport (couriers, etc.).
Exceptions, damage-sensitive devices and/or no packaging are possible after
be offered in consultation with the relevant Importer or Audio Service.


The new GDPR privacy law will come into effect on May 25, 2018.
As an Audio Service, we make every effort to ensure the correct storage and processing of your personal data. We will only use and process the name and address details for the repair that you offer.
This data will be stored securely on Audio Service BV's computer and will only be accessible to authorized persons.

When a warranty is claimed, a
valid (copy) purchase invoice must be sent along, these will be discussed with the relevant Importer. RMA numbers must be included.
Warranty claims for Marantz and Denon dealers
must be requested via the D&M SN site. (Service Notification)
The repair will then be collected from the relevant dealer via UPS
also returned, never forget to include the (copy) purchase invoice.

Denon Pro & DJ and Marantz Professional are supplied by a new Importer.
He handles the warranty repairs himself through his own technical service in Germany.

If a repair is completed and a warranty is claimed later, we are
forced to charge € 20, - ex VAT administration costs. See conditions for dealers.
Any transport costs will not be credited.

    Price limit Tivoli           € 75,- incl. VAT excluding shipping costs
    Research costs           € 40,- excl. VAT
    Shipping costs (UPS) € 15,- excl. VAT

    Take the time to fill out a receipt and write legibly
    (use the Repair Form if necessary).
